Pay stub essential when changing employer when new on H1B

Hi,

I recently came to USA on H1B and do not have any pay stubs and I am looking for changing the employer.  In this case, is it necessary for me to provide last 3 pay stubs to the new employer in order to allow them to file the premium petition for me?

If more than 2 weeks have passed since you have reported to employer on H1B you would have at least one pay stub. If that is the case you would need to submit that.

Your transfer will be rejected.

Why didn't your FRAUD employer paid you??

Currently you are out of status. And for H1 approval you NEED latest pay stubs.

File a complaint against your FRAUD employer for not paying you on H1. This is the ONLY option you have.
