Multiple H1b Applications

Can one arrange to file on one's behalf more than one H1b petitions (applications) (of course from different employers), just to increase (enhance) one's chances of getting through the lottery process? Is it a good idea if one can afford money? But, Can it disqualify him/her?

Yes, multiple employers can file H1B petitions. But, it is illegal to pay H1B fees, as I believe that is your intention. If you do so you are committing immigration fraud.

Multiple applications don't increase the chances. Don't listen to rumors. This is not like the Powerball lottery.

No sane employer would spend the money to file an H1 for you if they don't have the reasonable expectation that you will start to work there.

And you are not allowed to pay the H1 fees. Doing so would only result in you not getting an H1 at all.

So, if you want to not get an H1, go ahead and have multiple employers file an H1.

Geez. When will people learn that gaming the system, cheating, doesn't work?

what do you mean by "afford money"?? It's clear that you are paying for that H1 and that's ILLEGAL.

By filing multiple H1's doesn't increase your chances. And yes it will disqualify you if you get caught for paying H1 fee.
