Newly approved I-797 has date till Aug 2015 (due to change of employer) 3. Want to go to India in late Aug 2014 and back by 15 Sept 2014 4. Is it of any concern that I'll re-enter US just 15 days prior to stamping end date ? Thanks in advance Link to comment
