Any interpretations based on below wordings? we transferred your I290B, NOTICE OF APPEAL TO THE COMMISSIONER, to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed Link to comment

Attorney_25 Posted February 10, 2014 Report Share Posted February 10, 2014 It says "local office" but probably means Service Center, and they have probably sent the petition back to the Service Center to readjudicate the petition in accordance with certain instructions. That being said, you can't always trust online case status. Link to comment
