If I move to some other company, will I fall under cap?(should I go through the H1B process again) What is the procedure? Please clarify. Link to comment

If it is a typo error than once you are subject to cap and have a H1B petition approved future H1B petitions are cap exempt till you reach 6 years of your combined stay on H1B and L1B status in US. If not then you cannot do COS to H1 using cap exempt. Link to comment
