krsar Posted August 4, 2011 Report Share Posted August 4, 2011 Hi, We are in the process of Porting from EB3 to EB2. The job title in my past experience is mentioned differently in EB3 and EB2 labor. The Experience Letters submitted for EB3 have Programmer Analyst. In EB2 Perm, The Past Experience is mentioned as Software Engineer. Is it mandatory to have the experience letters with Title as "Software Engineer" If i submit the same experience letters with title "Programmer Analyst" , will my EB2 I140 be denied. or If I could get Experience letters with Software Engineer, will it jeapordize my EB3 case?
