I plan to move to employer(Company B) and move from Cap exempt h1b to Cap Subject H1B. Company B would Sponsor a H1 B petition on Apr 1st 2014. I have the following question: 1) Can I start working for Company B only after Oct 1st 2014 i.e The start date of my cap subject H1b or Can I start working with them after I get the H1b approval (which could be any time before oct 1st 2014)?
