H4 Visa stamping - Urgent

Hi,

My girlfriend after her recent visit to India and returning back to US she was sent back to India near the US Port of entry. We both are now planning to  get married. I am on H1B visa status. Would there be any rejection/problem if i apply H4 visa to her? Thanks in advance.

Reason for denial of entry to US? Was it deportation? If it is a serious issue then she might not be able to enter US with any visa.

Hi,

She was holding student visa (OPT) when she was sent back. Immigration officer made a stamp on her visa (on passport) and it says "Visa cancelled with prejudice". I spoke to one of the attorney to understand whether it means deportation and he said NO.
