Sam1869
Hi, I am on OPT and I got interviewed by two different companies and both the companies are offering to sponsor my H1B this April. I heard there would be chance of lottery for this year H1B. My Question: Can I file multiple H1B's from both the companies A &B but if both of them gets picked in lottery and gets approved then will I be able to accept the job offer from any of the Company? Thanks,Sam Link to comment

t75
You can pick which one to work for but may have contractual obligations to the other Link to comment
rahul412
Multiple h1's doesn't increase your approval chances. So stick to one employer and of course you will be working for only one employer after approval. Link to comment
JoeF
First, you don't file anything. The companies would file H1 petitions. And the companies have to pay for them. No sane company would file an H1 petition for you if they don't have a reasonable expectation that you would come and work for them. Commit to one employer. Link to comment
