We have already applied for extension and its still under initial review. My wife wants to travel to India mid feb and come back to US on march 4, 2014. So will that be a problem? Can her entry be denied at POE? is there any specific set of docs to be carried to make her case strong? Ay help will be highly appreciated. Thanks. Link to comment

She is fine to travel but better for her to carry a copy of your old and new extension I797. Link to comment
