I have also submitted the required documents against the RFE. Yes, you can travel as long as you are not applying for a COS as it would be considered abandoned due to your travel. Link to comment
maverick41 Posted February 7, 2014 Report Share Posted February 7, 2014 I'm assuming that you meant an RFE on your GC permanent labor certification. Since a GC is technically for future employment and you have an approved labor condition application (LCA) and H1 B visa you are good to travel. Link to comment
