Hi all,

I filed a H1B and received a REF:

 

USCIS:

 

"Under the “Administrator category” there is no such occupation as a specific specialty that requires one to have advance degree. However, the position “Administrator category” does show in the OOH that a degree is required. The category under which you have applied "my title" considered a specific specialty".

 

I know its tough to prove. Are there any chances to win this case? Has any one experience this kind of scenario?

 

Is it better to wtihdraw and file new application H1B/Green card?

 

What are the impacts, If I withdraw and file with new title?
