quillis131 Posted February 6, 2014 Report Share Posted February 6, 2014 Got a DUI in the month of Sept 2013, Right now on H1B visa and planing to attend a visa interview in India (Hyderabad) this year. Would like to be helped if there is anything I should be Proactive about H1B stamping in Hyderbad.Are there anythings which may help me in speeding up my H1 B stamping that I should be preparing for and things I should be avoiding for not getting rejected.what should I be expecting other than 221(g). My case is closed, pleaded guilty fines are yet to be paid. I will be on Probation till December 2014, not sure If I should be holding back for my stamping untill then.
