prachi789
Hi, I came to USA on F2 visa . I did COS F2-F1 and joined school as full time student. After 2 semesters I got internship . so I started working On part time CPT. Now I will be graduating in may 2014. Before graduating I am planning to go for F1 stamping. I applied for canada visitor visa .. but they havn't not replied to me. I am now thinking to go to india for stamping. Please answer my below queries. 1. Is it safe to go to India (while I am working on CPT) for F1 stamping( I still have one semeter left). 2. If I start my OPT in June , with fulltime job Can i go for F1 stamping , and get it done succesfully?what are the chances of rejection? 3. What are the other options for me . I request attorneys to help me with my case! Thanks, Prachi789 Link to comment

Yes. No one can predict your chances. Link to comment
F1struggle
It should be fine, take all documents. Another option is you can go after you have a job offer and your EAD card ( during OPT period). Either way, keep all documents updated and take with you. Link to comment
