H1B term - Oct'2007 to Sep'2013, Never stamped, Moved out of US in Mar'2012, Planning to apply for H1B again

  My H1B term - Oct'2007 to Sep'2013

  Never stamped ( Never crossed border )

  Moved out of US in Mar'2012 ( due to H1B transfer rejected )

  Planning to apply for H1B again now( feb'2014 ), will my application come under the lottery or not ?

If a cap exempt H1B petition is filed you will get 18 months.

If a cap subject H1B petition is filed you would get 6 years.
