New H1B filling and Company bought by B before I797 approval

Today being Feb 5th, I work for company A and it has planned to Sponsor & file my papers for New H1B on April 1st.

Anytime between now and October, Company B will buy our business and as part of transfer, I will be moved to Company B before October.

 

 

Filing through company A, but by the time I receive I797 2, I would be working for company B as part of transfer.

So what should company B do to  make sure I have been transfered smoothly and legal papers are refering to new employer ?
