Associate Degree and H1B

Hi,

I have B.Com degree from India and with 3.5 years of experience in IT and part time MBA and I am on H4 visa right now.

Will I be eligible for H1B visa if I do Associate degree from US.

Are you not eligible with a B.Com and MBA degree for H1B? The only issue is you cannot apply for an IT job as your education qualification is not related to IT profession.

No, an associate degree is not enough.

For an H1, a person needs to have the equivalent of a 4-year US Bachelor degree. An associate degree is a 2-year degree.

Associates degree after a bachelors is a waste of time.  You are eligible with current credentials
