Urgent-PIMS database update

Hi,

need urgent help on PIMS database update.

my petition got aprroved in aug 2013 and in petition it was mentioned expected visa stamping location is Hyderabad, India. I'm planning for H1B stamping next week in vancouver, Canada. got a question from my employer that as this is my first H1B stamping better goto India where we mentioned stamping location in Petition. or check with USCIS, if PIMS database is updated with your details, so that i can go to canada for stamping.

Question is 1. how can i check if PIMS database it updated with my details?

2. Can i still go to Canada for staamping?

3. Does my employer need to send any document to USCIS to update PIMS database with my details after petition is approved?

1. You can't check your PIMS. Forget about that.

2. I won't do that. Bcos the consulate name clearly mentioned on the 797

3. Nothing.
