tv2131
Hi everyone, My last date for submission was Oct 30th and they recieved it on Oct 28th. Since I had not signed it, they sent me back and I recieved it on Nov 4th. They denied my extension saying That the final submission was received on Nov which is byond the Oct 30th deadline. Please tell me what to do? Do I hire an attorney and how much will it cost me? Link to comment

t75
Your failure to follow directions does not get you any special treatment. Denied is denied. Find an employer to file H1B, leave the US and return if you are selected for Oct 1 start. Link to comment

Why in the world did you not double-check everything before sending it? You have to blame yourself. Link to comment
