When I was hired last year, the JD did not specify any education+ experience. So my manager, has added this line "4 yr college degree or equivalent work experience" in my JD and submitted to HR for further processing. Does this education/experience quality for the H1B? My job title is Systems Analyst. My HR is saying that this JD is OK for H1B. But I am not sure. DOL says that http://www.bls.gov/ooh/computer-and-information-technology/computer-systems-analysts.htm Bachelor's degree is must for computer analyst position. Am I missing something here? Your insights will help to bring some clarity for me. Note: I have Masters in US +12 years of experience prior to Masters in US. Thanks & Regards, kums20 Link to comment
