GPK2017
Hi Experts, I have question about a situation that one my friend's is going thru. My friend traveled to India 3 months ago on a month's leave but had to extend the leave due to health condition by another 2 months. Working in a reputed IT firm as a full time consultant and is still on the payrolls. My questions are So what kind of problems might creep up at port of entry ? What documentation should be carried along ? The destination is Chicago, IL, however the shortest flight times include Baltimore, MD and IAD, Washington as the POE's. What is the best suggested. Please provide your opinions, suggestions and comments for the same Link to comment
rahul412
All you need is employment letter and valid VISA. Make sure you carry your I20 and OPT card. Link to comment
