Domestic Violence -Case Dismissed - H1B stamping

Hi,

 

I have been staying in USA from 2.8 years, my landlady filed a false case against me i.e. protection from abuse to get rid of my security deposit which I requested.   It was a temporary order and now case is dismissed (I have not been arrested, convicted or anything like this).I have dismissal doc given by court.

 

I have got the H1B approval notice till Sep 2016.

 

Question:

1) Can I go to India for stamping on my H1B visa ?

2) What all imp things I need to keep with me for stamping and port of entry?

 

Looking forward for good suggestions from you about my case.
