aunt visa approved in 2002 expired in 2012 need advice fo renewal

my aunt had her b2 visa approvedin 2002 and it got expired in 2012. 

 

she went for b2 visa again and was rejected 2 days back

 

now is there a different category for renewal or how does it work can she get a waiver in some form

More details are required. What is the reason for rejection? The procedure is still the same. She has to reapply.

Their is no another category for renewal. She needs B2 renewal.
