H1 B Cap Exempt

I was in USA between May 2007 to Jul 2010 on L1B  permit (3 years and 2 months)

Moved to H1 status in July 2010 ( H1B petetion was approved in 2008 CAP )

Worked in H1 Status from Jul 2010 to May 2011(10 months)

 

Back to India in May 2011 and continued till  Jan 2014 ( almost 3 years)

 

Now i have to USA to a different employer on the same earlier H1 CAP EXEMPT

 

My question is, will i be able to continue on this H1 for

 

1) 6 more years

2) Rest of the H1 period (6 years - 10 months) ?

3) 2 More years only ( after counting L1 & H1 stay in the earlier period)

 

 

A clear and the right answer would place me in a comfortable situation as each one is talking about different answer.

2 years. As max stay on H1B is 6 years that includes time spent on H1B and L1 status.
