H1B Visa Valid till 2016 Planning to come to US in May 14 but Passport expiring in Sept 2014

I recently got my H1-B visa stamping done in Swiss & have valid visa until Sept 2016. My Indian passport is expiring end of Sept 2014. 

My question is I am planning to come to US in the month of May 2014 which is 4 months before my passport expires? Can i enter US with an expiring passport with less than 6 months?

Will it be an issue at Port Of Entry or issuing I-94?

Plz advise/suggest ASAP?

Yes, you can travel to US in May 2014 but I94 would be issued with an expiry date matching your passport validity date.
