catx Posted February 2, 2014 Report Share Posted February 2, 2014 Supervised recruitment indicates that the Department of Labor (DoL) is not accepting the sponsoring employer's documentation regarding recruitment activities (and maybe other parts of the PERM labor certification application). This is usually a serious matter and can take up to a couple years to resolve. (The DoL iCERT portal is showing 16 months(+) for audit cases.) Link to comment

Evidence that employee identified on Application is sole beneficiary Audit request sent: April 2013 supervised recruitment audit: Feb 2014 My Application is clear without any discrepancies. No idea what it means H-1b is expiring in June 2014 What are my Options. Any Advice will be greatly appreciated Link to comment
