Different types of Providers are available with different price Quotes depending on how much Deductible you can afford. You can Visit- ehealthinsurance.com where you can find different quotes based on your affordability. I would suggest go for PPO plan with 500-1000 deductible (best and covers for all types of individuals) Link to comment
