Question regarding travle on H1b seventh year

Hell,

 

I am on seventh year of my H1B. I got one year of extension beyond six year, based on PERM pending for more than 365 days rule. Currently my perm is in BALCA.  Will there be any issue while traveling to India? I need to go for H1B Stamping as well.  Can  some one please advice who has the similar experience?

As long as the PERM is still pending for more than 365 days, you will not have any issues in Visa stamping.  I had several stampings from my 7th year to 10th year based on labor pending clause.  

I am not a lawyer, but has travelled through this path.
