Question regarding travel (B2) visa

I am planning to apply a visit visa for my parents and my sister(her husband and kid(a toddler)). Initially I filled the DS160 for my mom, and that time my sister was not planning to travel. Later she decided to travel too. Now the issue is that the DS160 for my mom says that her accompanying travellers are just my dad, while for my sister I added all the person’s names.

I created the appointment for my mom and added people getting visa with her(my sister and nephew), as my dad and my brother-in-law will be taking it separately later(we found some issues in passport that no one noticed before).

 

My question is will there be any issues if the DS160’s accompanying traveller information mismatches? Can they just explain that the mom’s ds-160 was filled earlier and sister’s was filled later?
