RFE on I-485 & I-864

My sister’s family (US naturalized citizens) hasapplied for my Dad’s green card. My sister is a home maker so my brother-in-law submitted I-864 along with the latest join filed TAX returns and Bank statements. I-485 (Adjustment of Status) is also submitted along with the I-864 and I-130 (Concurrent processing). This morning, USCIS sent us RFE asking my sister to submit I-864 and most recent tax returns. Please suggest if we need to resubmit the copies of I-485, I-130 along with the  new I-864 form. Does my Dad's original Receipt date change?
