7th year extension

Hi

 

I have an approved I 140 through Employer A but am currently in 6th year of H1 through employer B. 

 

Employer B is filing for a 7th year extension using the approved I 140. 

 

Also, employer A is filing for concurrent H1B for part-time employment with them which has been approved. 

 

My question is:

 

1. Is it possible for concurrent employment to get approved while the primary H1 extension to be denied. 

 

2. If that happens, what would be my options?
