Change employment while OPT stem extension processing

Hi!

 

I have applied for my OPY stem extension 2 months back. Also My 12 month inital OPT has expired a month back. I know I can still work while the status is pending for 180 days. But in the mean while I have been offered a new position in a different company. They want me to join soon. But my status on OPT extension is still in Initial review.

 

What should I be doing in this situation???

 

Please guide.
