PermHelp Posted January 24, 2014 Report Share Posted January 24, 2014 Hello, Please help me. below are the dates: GC Perm Filing Date :01/19/2013 Max out Date H1B Expiring : 02/27/2014 ( 6 years complete) H1B extension filed and approved : 07/14/2013 . (but for the h1 till 03/2015 ) Audit received : July responded in august - 2013 Question. what happens if audit gets rejected. Do i need to leave per the max out date or I can leave per the h1B expiry date. ( i have got the h1B extended till 2015 when my perm was filed and audit was not recieved. Please help I am not get any response from my company on this.. Link to comment
