Need help H4 to F1 in last semester

Hello, 

I am currently on H4  doing my bachelors from an american university. I am currently enrolled in the last semester for 11 credits. I wanted to change my h4 to F1 due to personal reasons. Is this possible? do i need to be full time to get F1 approved although i have studying for three years here and have taken more than 30 credits? please do help

For an F1, you need to do fulltime studies.

If this is all that is required for the degree, it can be considered full-time.  However, based on the assertion that 30 credits have already been earned, I suspect there is something unusual and needs to be reviewed with the DSO
