softwarekids23
Hi All, My I-140 premium processing case was approved on 14th April 2011. As per discussion with my company HR they have already received I-140 original approval notice last week from USCIS. But I have not yet received approval notice via mail at my home address. Though my online case status says approved. My questions are 1) Should I also expect I-140 original approval notice via mail from USCIS at my home address? 2) If I should expect approval notice via mail then can I request USCIS to send me another one assuming that it was lost during mail. Please let me know. Thanks in advance. Link to comment
IneedAllGreen
because I-140 is petition filed by your company on your behalf and this application does not belong to you. All you can do is to request a copy of I-140 from your employer and thats it. USCIS will not send you and copy to your home. INeedallGreen Link to comment
