H1 change to new employer

Hi,

 

I am in a H1B Visa and my wife is in H4 visa.

She has applied for F1 Visa and the status is Initial review.

If I change the employer then my wife also gets the new H4, Is there any impact on her F1 Visa process.

As her H4 visa also changes before she gets her F1 Visa.

Is there any chance of getting RFE for the F1 visa?

Your wife only needs a new visa when hers expires; it is not dependent on your employer.

 

There is always a chance for RFE or denial of F1.

It is not necessary for your wife to apply for another H4 when you change your employer as long as her H4 I94 is in valid status.
