OPT eligibility

Hi,

I studied master's in US on J-1 visa and then did an Academic Training for around 15 months, and left US in 2010. I am now considering to do a second Masters (mainly an MBA), I will study on F-1 visa this time and I was wondering if I would be eligible for an OPT upon graduation given that I did an Academic Training which is allowed to J-1 students but somewhat similar to an OPT for F-1s.

I researched a bit about OPT eligibility criteria and found that if one has done an OPT before then a second OPT won't be allowed, but I couldn't be sure about my case whether J-1's Academic Training is considered as an OPT or not.
