greencarddreamer Posted January 19, 2014 Report Share Posted January 19, 2014 I have applied a H1-B for my wife last year and it is rejected. We filed for MTR and it is in progress. We need to travel out of country for 3 weeks for personal work. Can my wife still come back on L2 while H1-B MTR is under process? Will there be any issues in immigration when we come back to USA?
