new H1b in 2014

I have applied for new H1b in 2012 , but it got rejected.I got a new consultancy this time ,

 

 

they said they are willing to do my H1B for this year 2014 .But they asked for the denial notice of 2012, which is not handy for me .

 

they said it is required while applying I129 ( they have to quote the last rejections if at all we have anything in the previous years)

 

Please let me know if we really need 2012 denial notice for new h1b 2014
