Now I have new passport and Valid Visa till 2014 feb 27. Is it I am valid to stay in US till my visa expire. Now company is planning to apply H1 extension? Is there any issue. Link to comment

Do you have a new valid I94 after the one that expired in May 2013? If not you are illegally present in US. Link to comment
