Joe03 Posted January 15, 2014 Report Share Posted January 15, 2014 My Spouse got H1-B approved(from different employer) in Oct 2013 from H4(based on my employer which is different).Due to personal reasons She went to india in October month itself.Recently she got H4 visa stamped(from my Employer which is different from her H1-B sponsor). At port of entry any issues will be there?Please advise. Link to comment
