H4 Last name change question

Hello All,

 

My wife is on H4 and we are planning to go ahead with changing her maiden name to married one. I just wanted to get our process vetted out here.

 

 

1. Passport: Applying for new passport should be straight forward with marriage certificate

 

2. SSN (She has SSN from her past H1B): With new passport do we need the updated I-94? And what docs would we need?

 

3. Drivers License: New Passport and I guess we would need updated I-94? Any other docs?

 

4. I-94:  What would we need to do for updating I-94 with the correct last name? Also anything else we need to update from immigration stand point?

 

Can the experts here add their input on steps 2, 3 & 4 and also the correct order we would need to follow?
