Pritz
Hi, My L1B Visa expires in Oct 2014 and my company has agreed to file for GC. My spouse works on L2 EAD. Will application of GC entitle us to stay and work in the USA, or would I need to extend my L1B..? With the high L1 extension rejection rates, it is recommended that both of us apply for H1B this year? Appreciate your response. Link to comment

Applying for GC gives you no status in US. Link to comment
t75
H1B allows extensions; L1B does not. Link to comment
