aronitin Posted January 9, 2014 Report Share Posted January 9, 2014 Hi All, I've a situation where my stamped H1-B is expired and I have renewed my H1-B while I was in US and have updated I-797. I've booked my tickets through British airways and have a transit of 6 hours to change the flight. Do I need a Direct Airside Transit VISA? From the UK Consulate website http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas-immigration/transitthroughtheuk/visa-transit-airside/, it is not very clear whether I'm exempted or not.
