nineballs
I am on H1B visa and my employer is starting my green card process in EB-2 category. My wife has an approved I-140 in EB3 category with a 2011 priority date. I heard from someone that I can take advantage of my wife's priority date using a process called interfiling. Is that right? When is the right time to interfile? Any help will be appreciated. Thanks. Link to comment
t75
You may NOT use her priority date. Interfiling generally refers to using a spouse's country of birth. Link to comment
