I joined company A in Aug 2011 whose H1B valid till Aug 2014Moved to company B in Feb 2012 and worked till March 2013Moved back to company A in March 2013 and started working with Company's Old H1B (Company A HR mentioned I can comeback and work without new H1b as they didn't revoke my H1B)Before company A and B, I am working for company C for a while. so in total I have 3 H1B 797 forms with overlapping dates.Now I need to go for stamping in Feb. Any issues during visa interview if I list Company A and Company B in DS forms.I cant postpone my trip.DS form ask for previous employment:Current Employer: Company A (Mar 2013 to current)Previous Employment:Employer 1: Company B (Feb 2012 to Mar 2013)Employer 2: Company A (Aug 2011 to Feb 2012)Thanks in advance. I believe when you moved back to company A from Company B in March 2013 company A should have filed a cap exempt H1B petition. Link to comment

But since now I am going to stamping after not sure how to proceed wih DS forms, any suggestions? Link to comment
