H1 B Visa stamping Question

Both Company A and Company B are direct clients no contracting involved.

I joined company A in Aug 2011 whose H1B valid till Aug 2014
Moved to company B in Feb 2012 and worked till March 2013
Moved back to company A in March 2013 and started working with Company's Old H1B (Company A HR mentioned I can comeback and work without new H1b as they didn't revoke my H1B)

Before company A and B, I am working for company C for a while. so in total I have 3 H1B 797 forms with overlapping dates.

Now I need to go for stamping in Feb. Any issues during visa interview if I list Company A and Company B in DS forms.
I cant postpone my trip.

DS form ask for previous employment:

Current Employer: Company A (Mar 2013 to current)
Previous Employment:
Employer 1: Company B (Feb 2012 to Mar 2013)
Employer 2: Company A (Aug 2011 to Feb 2012)

Thanks in advance.

I believe when you moved back to company A from Company B in March 2013 company A should have filed a cap exempt H1B petition.
