undergoing H1B transfer while on probation for a misdemeanor

Hi 

 

I was given a diversion for a class C misdemeanor and I am under probation of one year ending in June 2014.

I have recently switched employer and joined a new company who sponsored my H1b visa.

I haven't got the approval yet, but I have joined based on H1b receipt .

 

Now ,I am scared what will happen in USCIS background check and my visa.

 

Please help
