I-140 denied, refiling i-140, H1 extension possible?

If Current company I-140 gets denied and I-140 refile on the same PERM basis assuming the current PERM was filed more than 365 days...would like to know whether the beneficiary can get 1 year extension with the I-140 refiling receipt?

Yes. You can file H1 extention based on refiled I140 receipt. But it will get one year H1 extention.
