kartik.kumr
Hi , Iam a consultant and I need a clear definition in regard to comparision of Salary mentioned in LCA vs Paycheck Salary. -->My LCA Says 65k. -->when my Employer runs the Payroll he divided my total wage into two section (Salary, Other Earnings) and Iam paying Taxes for the both. -->My YTD on the Paystub is the total of Salary + Other Earnings. And it shows up the same way in the W2 also. So my worry is when you talk about the LCA Salary, do we compare it with the YTD(Paystub or W2) or with the Salary mentioned in the Paystub excluding the Other Earnings?? Thanks in advance. dealguy007
LCA is always W2 salary for that year. No H1B can get YTD=LCA if they go to stamping in the first few months of the year. Link to comment
