A consulting firm here in US is going to file a petition for her H1B in April. Is it a good idea to apply for a student dependant F2 visa for my wife In May after marriage if her h1b petition is still pending at that point of time? Will the pending h1b application create any issues during visa interview? Sid Link to comment
